Requirements for Membership

Requirements to be prepared:

1. Letter of Request on Letterhead
2. Company Information (Full address, phone number, email, website)
3. Notarized Deed of Incorporation and Amendments
4. Company Executive Information as per the notarial deed (Personal Information, Photo, and ID Card)
5. Designation of one person as a permanent representative (Photo and ID card)
6. PPIU & PIHK License (if already a PIHK)
7. Tourism Business Registration Certificate
8. Include written recommendations from 2 PPIU and/or PIHK that are members of GAPHURA
9. Company Logo File
10. Signing the Integrity Pact
11. Paying Annual Dues and the Initial Fee
